The app says that around this time ot will become more difficult to breathe. Go look on the "weeks" portion of the app or website whichever you are using and go back a couple of weeks and forward a week or so and see If you can relate to any of the symptoms. Im 20 weeks t the app said that this is about the time you will start losing your breathe or it becoming harder to breathe because the baby is getting bigger and kinda smushing everything in there.

before i called my doctor i layed down on my left side and drank some water it was still bad so while i was panicking i called her and she told me to calm down try to take a nap that it sounds like an anxiety attack. i was scared i was going in pre term labor but my mom told me i would know when I'm going into labor lol.

Good that you called your doctor. .but it's normal. I get the samething. At first I started panicking because I fell like I couldn't get enough air. I just sit down and breath through it.

i called my doctor and she says it sounds like anxiety to calm down and try to nap. if i don't feel better to come in and they will check me out. but she says since I'm not having any cramping or pain down there and no discharge it doesn't sounds serious. it *****. i don't understand how i got this way.

Its normal. I have a gasp I cant get rid of now and my doc says it may stay after my baby is born. Its from the increase in progesterone pumping through your system. Your Inhaler wont help. Your HR increases randomly too im guessing. The bigger baby gets the worse it feels. My heart rate will go from 68 to 170 randomly I can feel it thud in my throat and palms, cant breathe and start gasping. Even holding my arms out to open my chest doesnt help.

But CALL YOUR DOCTOR if you are unsure.
