87 days no period, then 1 1/2 day period?

My question is very involved... I stopped taking my Depo-Provera shot last August (so it was in my system until November 2012). My first period off of the BC was fairly normal for me. Jan 14, 2013, five days, no outrageous symptoms, cramped the first day and then average bleeding until it was done. February no dice. March 11 rolled around, normal period. Cramped when I started and then just bleeding for five days. April 12 I had my third period and I thought I had regulated at that point. Again, five day, cramping the first day then normal bleeding. May - nothing. June - nothing. I went to see my doctor and he told me not to worry about it until I missed three in a row. July 4th, in the middle of the night, I cramped really bad and it woke me up. I figured I was just starting a week early for some reason, put in a tampon and went back to sleep. The next morning, no blood. Friday I was so bloated and fatigued I slept almost the entire day and figured I started during the day. Nothing. That night I woke up because I thought for SURE I was going to throw up I was so nauseous! Nothing. Saturday night more cramping that woke me up. Sunday during the day I was cramping and nauseous all day but still no period. I was going to schedule a Dr. apt on Monday, but that morning, there was blood. I figured after 87 days I had finally started, no problem! I bled enough for two tampons, then a little spotting and the whole thing was done by Tuesday afternoon. Today I am EXTREMELY nauseous and confused. I now have a blood test scheduled for tomorrow morning but I have a feeling that he is just going to tell me not to worry about it. Is my body just trying to regulate itself after the BC? Am I pregnant?

I had my IUD taken out march 8th after not having a period for a year then on march 10th I started myperiod. On the 21st had unprotected sex and started what iI thought was my period April 10th. Three days later found out I was pregnant. But when I thought I started it only lasted a day and a half too and not very heavy at all. Later on my midwife said it was implantation bleeding from getting pregnant and I'm now 17 wks 3 days
