worried about everything

I am 5 weeks preg for the first time and cant stop worrying about losing my baby and every little pain i am scared always checking for blood. Does anyone else experience period like pains eg very sore lower back pain and tiredness?

Blood work is what they did with me and some doctors will do a pap smear physical exam on your first visit

My 1st appointment is 2moro where my pregnancy wil be confirmed. What things do they do other than test ur urine? Wil they check for a heartbeat or is 5 wks too early for a heartbeat? Im so scared and excited at the same time. Is the first scan at 12 wks?

I havent got a pos test as of yet i have a 8week old baby already on the 16th i had sex but my bf pulled out but then a week n half ago doc started me on the pill again so unsure wen i shud of *** on as itl hold it bk but i have been tired really moody an gettin period type pains i have dun 2 tests both negative but think i may have done thm 2 early i didnt test with my son till 6 week

I felt the same I'm always worried about the baby I don't know why my first pregnancy everything was normal and the delivery was easy as pie but this pregnancy you would think its my first child & to top it all off I saw my doctor today and she tried to hear the heart beat and at first she couldn't it only maid me freak out more I almost cried THANK GOD she finally found it she said breath everything is fine it took a while because your still only a couple of weeks still scary but I understand you cramps dizziness being tired is normal don't worry stress is only going to make it worst.. have a great pregnancy good luck :)

.... Is a very physical job so dreading the tiredness kicking in. Is it safe to sleep on ur belly at this stage? And is lifting and carrying an issue at this early stage of my pregnancy?

Thanks for reassuring me i suppose it is normal to worry especially with it being my first time. Woke this morning to sickness and diarrhea, which i have also read is a symptom. Not very pleasant as i have been restless all nite with lower back pain. I work full time in a kitchen which

I worried all the time this is my 3rd child its super normal I worrie till I am am in labor lol

Headaches and nausea are very normal too. It is safe to take tylenol for the headaches

The pain is everything stretching including your uterus. Nothing to worry about :) dizziness iua normal also and a little bit of bleeding is normal. You may also experience light bleeding after sex. Try to relax :)

My wife and I sure were at 5 weeks. There was pain on one side but less on the other there were period like symptoms no bleeding thankfully, I think a lot of it was caused by stress and here's why, we made an appointment at the doctors as soon as we could, start the ball rolling on everything.. and we got everything checked out and nothing was out of place (we were doing the ectopic freakout) and everything seems to be in order. Shortly after we found out everything was ok, most of the pains went away.

Yes maam I just found out by a preg test on friday. Im terrified of needles, so I understand you there. My dizzyness just hit me this week, I fell down in the shower and didnt have the strength to get up. Thank god my husband ran in there.

I Havent experienced dizziness or nausea yet, mainly alot of back pain, restlessness, tiredness and headaches and not much of an appetite. Just found out i am preg on sunday by taking test, have my first appointment with midwife on thurs which im pretty scared about as i have a phobia of needles and im a constant worryer! Been reading alot about how common early miscarriages are and i suppose i am making myself worse by reading this. Its a relief knowing that these symptoms are normal tho and im not the only one

Im 5 weeks along also. Ive been gettin the same pains, it scares me. Ive also been feeling dizzy? Have you? I get headaches, back pain, and nausea.

yesss i did! the cramps were so bad (at about 4 weeks before i knew i was pregnant) i really thought i was about to start my period. i'm almost 11 weeks now & i still get pains/cramps here & there. my doctor has told me cramps are normal, a little spotting is normal, the problem is when you have them together or if they're very severe. oh & i'm SUPER tired all the time, it's very common. just be calm! stressing's not good for baby :)
