I do but I tried some natural things if you tell your doctor they can give you meds for it but I didn't wanna take any pills so I took some breathing classes and anytime I get scared I call the pregnancy hotline and ask them if everything is okay but if I get to scared I just go to the hospital I know you probably don't wanna go all the time bc you feel like they might get annoyed but believe me they'll understand I've been to the hospital a lot I'm 39 weeks and I've been to the hospital 3 times just this week alone and made idk how many phone calls

No your not the only one with bad anxiety i suffer from it as well  its very stressful and scary when it sneaks up on you like that. its quiet common for the heart to beat faster during pregnancy so when an anxiety attack comes on it will beat faster then usual. U need to calm urswlf down when u feel one coming on. My gp suggest i breath in n out of a brown paper bag for a few minutes. Or you can also go outside and get fresh air. Just try not to panick more when one comes on as it makes it worse.
