infection causing uterus tightness??

So as I said the other day I have been told I have BV well they wont treat me until week 14 anyways now I am starting to get what feels like tightening of my uterus and I am not sure what could be causing this.  Could it be from the infection or do I maybe have a bladder infection or something else?  Doesnt hurt when I pee but I dont seem to be emptying my bladder fully when I go pee....any thoughts are appreciated!!

The tightening could just be your ligaments stretching which is normal during pregnancy, its probably not due to the BV, when i had it it just caused me to spot a little. Since your drs feel comfortable enough to wait and treat you then its no big deal. When you pee try to lean forward then pee again and the same leaning to each side, it helps press remaining urine out of your bladder.
