iron?
I'm suppose to start taking iron because I have no morning sickness? Doesnt make sense to me!
ya I would just take regular prenatals, they should have plenty of iron in them. I have to take extra iron pills because im anemic but my doctor notified me to do so
He told me since I'm not having morning sickness I need it. But my blood looked finr he said
I took just my regular prenatal pills and didn't take any extra iron. I think your doctor will tell you if you need tk
Be careful with too much iron because that is what causes and makes constipation worse. Ask your doctor since he/she is the one that pretty much knows about which medications, including vitamins are good and bad for you at this time.
