Is it normal to have cramping during the first month ?

Yes.. Your bodys going through changes. I had them the first two months here thinking I had mentral cramps having my cycle approach. The pregnancy test proved diff.

It's normal to have cramping the whole first trimester. Sometimes even after that. It is your uterus stretching making room for baby. As long as you don't cramp and bleed a lot, you are fine. Take tylenol if it gets uncomfortable.
