tired, can't sleep and stressed

At the end of the day no matter how tired I am when my head hits that pillow I can't seem to fall asleep.my mind is racing, my daughter is kicking, my body aches, I'm under to much stress and I feel like balling my eyes out. I don't know how to relax....

I went on youtube and searched 'relaxing music to put you to sleep' theres a 10 min song i just put it on and concentrate on the song and it actually put me to sleep within 5 mins.. I had the same problem. I was at the point where I was only sleeping 1-3 hours a day which lasted for about a month... Finally my doctor told me to take a gravol to help me sleep and lately I've been getting 8 or 9 hours a night. I feel so much better :)
