tender breasts

I've tried literally everything my dr advised to help with breast tenderness.  I have brand New maternity bras in various sizes for growing. Nothing seems to help, what worked for you ladies?

I uded baby powder with aloe and vitamin e after i showered and breast feeding pads in my sports bra. Kept the nipples secure, warm, and made the skin soft. I'm 11 weeks, they don't hurt as bad anymore. I hope this helps! My grandma suggested that.

I don't drink caffeine. Coffee grosses me out ever since I worked at a Dunkin donuts and Soda hurts my teeth.  I only drink water milk and juice so that's deff not the problem. A friend of mine advised Cold cabbage leaves, which in desperation I'm willing to try. A hot shower or hearing pad helps until the heat is removed. It's been colder than normal this year in Florida so I'm beginning to believe that's contributing since when it's warm I'm only sensitive to touch. Right now even clothing is torturous

nothing yet. I'm 8 weeks 5 days and mine are killing me. and especially after i stimulate them (i stimulate them to prepare for breast feeding). if you find something out please let me know.

Stopping caffeine helped.
