is it.normal

Ok.I live in Scotland so its about.2 in the morning I can't sleep my.wee man is.kicking away as usual but im.getting.really bad lower back pain worse than its.been before my abdomen.and rib cage are so sore my .legs are going weird and numb.and its.uncomfortable I am in pain and can't move an awful lot it hurts quite bad I Dunu what it is in 34w 3d is this normal to get has anyone else had this what is causing it mypelvis is aching.too but he engaged a couple weeks ago.so its been.quite badpressure.wise there for a while ? Thanks

Honestly just call the antental clinic, your midwife or antenatal hospital team. We'vre very lucky that we get free medical care, I agree with Libby, make the most of it, they're there to help :) I'm sure everything's ok, but put your mind at rest and give them a ring. x

I live in the uk too just remember if in doubt call your midwife xxxx or pop to the hospital xxxx our nhs is free xxxx make the most of it xxxx your midwife is there to help xxxx

I'd ring your midwife, I couldn't help as I'm a ftm too, but it's better safe than sorry and they'll tell you what to do and where to go if needed.

They come and go but they stay for a while.then stop then come straight back  I'm.not sure what contractions feel like I get thongs that feel like the books describe but.its.my.first baby so I'm not.sure x

I would maybe try and get up and walk around the baby may be putting pressure on a vessel or something interupting cirrculation. Are your pains constant in ur abdomin and back ir are they like contractions?
