rich, be sure to take folic acid, even if you don't like prenatals. It comes in a tiny pill and is very important to keep babies from getting a certain birth defect. It's a B vitamin, does not block you up.
It's those freaken prenatal vits they make us take, i figured that out with my first pregnancy, it would get so bad that i would tear an bleed. It was awful, i stopped taking them when i couldn't take it anymore cause nothing works no water and no prune juice. I am now on my 5th pregnancy and have not taken those pills since my first baby, i just refuse to go through that pain an torture, as long as you eat healthy your baby will be healthy.
I was going to say, maybe you're eating a healthier diet. More roughage and whole grains, more hydration, or less stuff that dehydrates you. If you want to put it to the test, take an iron tablet. They always tend to constipate! lol
I also have expieranced this. I am 16 weeks.
My doctor said it is more than likely because I am staying better hydrated and drinking more water than I normally would. water is important in keeping your digestive tract moving along.
