Yes thats normal, I had the same thing. No worries!
Eat bananas for leg cramps, and stretch gently before bedtime. Also make sure you're drinking a ton of water during the day, as dehydration very often causes leg cramps.
Best wishes!
I've been leaking on this pregnancy since the 7 week. Probably doesn't help much that I actually quit breastfeeding my son 2 months before I got pregnant, LMAO
But you know, One of the doctors in my clinic swear that it helps, with milk production! There is no study saying it's true, but you never know!!!
OMG I hate leg cramps, haven't got them yet, I usually get them in my last month lol which is the 8th month... I haven't made it full term
I read something, that when your having a leg cramp, to straight your leg and point your toys away from you! That's if you can move your legs lol
I hope the leak is a good sign that I will be able to supply milk for baby :0)
about the cramps I was told to chew one tablet of tums a day for extra calcium source aside from milk.
eat lots of bananas for leg cramps! I swear by it...I have one a day, sometimes too and no cramps EVER.
I have not had boob leakage yet - but have heard from friends about this. Seems normal - but then again - what in pregnancy IS normal ;-)
I don't get leg cramps too often, usually just in the morning when I wake up and stretch. I have a feeling they will get worse though, just another joy of pregnancy ;)!
That sounds like colostrum. You know your beginning of milk. It'll be dry and flakey until baby is born! =) Very normal!
it feels alot better to hear it's okay. I am used to seeing the white suff in the nipple but the flakes around it is something new to me. Thanks :0) BTWay do you get leg cramps too? I usually get it in the night and I have to wake up DH to fix it for me and give it a massage. Doctor says it's normal and sometimes lack of calcium. All these things make me wonder. LOL. amazing how we can change overnight due to pregnancy huh?
I am right there with you on this one. I have the flakiness too, and sometimes it looks like there is dried milk stuck in my nipples (lol, TMI, sorry! :)) I have talked to the dr. about it and she seem to think it was normal though, so I just try to keep them moisturized and it seems to help.
