just not feeling quiet right

Since yesterday morning I just haven't felt right. I woke up yesterday morning extremely dizzy and kept feeling like the room was spinning on me even with my eyes closed. I thought it was cause I hadn't eaten yet so I had lunch well it didn't help much. I've felt just off after lunch like I was getting sick. As the night progressed I started feeling better and I ate again around 9 and after eating I felt sick yet again. The off feeling has continued since yesterday morning. Well I go to bed at 12 and keep rolling onto my back waking myself up to roll back over. Finally at 5 am I'm fully awake and can't go back to sleep for what reason I don't know. I feel off as I lay here typing. Its almost indescribable how I feel because I just can't explain what I mean besides to say I just feel weird or off. I had a few mild contractions yesterday evening but they weren't close or timely at all. I wake up this morning and can't get comfortable and feel utterly restless like I need to get up and move or something but my bodies tired. My belly feels a little tight but I can't tell if its contractions or not so I guess I should assume they aren't major concerns. I have no idea what's going on with me but to be honest I'm doubting labor since I was only 1cm and 70% effaced at my appointment Wednesday and I can't seem to have a timetable or painful normal contraction to save my life. So idk. Any ideas mommies? I'm just confused and frustrated. I'm 38+4 btw.

Well, good luck.  But I'll bet you'll beat them to it.

They want to induce me this coming weekend when ill be almost 40 weeks. I have a thyroid issue and my babies is just increasingly bigger. They also think my DD is off by a week and that im actually due a week earlier.

I feel exactly the same :( im also 38+4, keep getting Braxton hicks, period pains, waves of nausea and that "off" feeling. Its so frustrating and making me feel so miserable!

It could be an influx of hormones, getting your body ready for labor.

If you're only 38 4, why do they want to induce as early as this weekend?  I'd question the need.  It sounds like you are going to get there on your own, and I don't see inducing unless someone is 41 weeks unless there is a problem.

I hope not lol :) I'm ready to meet my little girl and I truely don't want an induction but that's what is planned for me if I don't have her by this coming weekend on my own.

Awww, I'm sorry that you don't feel good =/ Sounds like Braxton Hicks are preparing your uterus for real labor! That's what the tightness is and the uncomfortable feeling. I'm 23 weeks 4 days and just now starting to get them. This us my second baby though so I'm familiar with all the signs lol. Hopefully it won't be much longer for you!

Thanks I'm hoping not. It just hit me randomly yesterday and today not quite sure what's up but I'm trying to focus off of it and continue on. The only thing is, is my belly all over is just uncomfortable. Not painful just feels kind of crampy or better word would be tightish but not a timely contraction like tightness I guess you'd say lol. Ill be watching myself to see if I get anywhere.

From my own personal experience, it sounds like you are just restless, anxious, and more than ready for baby to be here. I thought something was seriously wrong with me because I felt that exact same way. Except I was not effaced at all. It won't be much longer sweets!
