Ya know, I vomited like that at the end of my pregnancies (after a meal)  I think more due to my stomach being squished.  The diarrhea is more of a sign of labor coming on.  I went up to the bathroom over and over again right before true labor began.

For me, it was a switch.  the baby was way down low and it hurt to walk.  I had incredible discharge.  Diarrhea.  A general feeling of my body starting to prepare.  Contractions become less of a crampy feeling and more of a serious squeeze.  Everyone is different with contractions but generally, a birth contraction is a bit stronger than a Braxton Hicks contraction (so I've heard).  AND, you start to know that you are getting close from what your doctors tell you.  You see your doc every week now, right?  Are you dilating at all??

Wishing you the best of luck sweetie

I recently started vomiting every night during dinner, does that count? It happens just once during dinner and then I am fine.

If your bowels become soft and your throwing up a lot may be one.
If your contractions, time them start to start and how long they are and if they start getting closer , change your activity for a full hour, drink 2 big glasses of water , and if they stay strong after that go in.
