left side./ right side.

So everybody says left side for.sleeping is good since it can hurt if u lay on ur back or ur right wellll my babys head is on the left n.it hurts my side if i even try to sleep.on.it and my right side its ok but i get frustrated n.it gets numb :( on my back i love but it cuts babys oxygen ughh idk whaa to do :(

I just use mine to prop my head up. One under my lower back but thats cause he sits right on my nerv. I havent had a problem. But like thw other lady said that commented if its uncomfortable ur baby will tell u

Thanks ladies should i use pillows to make myself not completly  straight like if i was on a couch right?

My doctor told me as long as im comfortable.. the baby will let you know if its uncomfortable.I sometimes lay on my back but never straight out. Im always angled a little bit.

If u sleep on ur back just sleep at a angle bot a straight back. Left side is preferred due to it qont harm baby. Right side can squish the baby with ur organs and  stuff. I was told by my nurse as long asur not straight on ur back and have a incline ur safe to sleep on ur back :)
