If u sleep on ur back just sleep at a angle bot a straight back. Left side is preferred due to it qont harm baby. Right side can squish the baby with ur organs and  stuff. I was told by my nurse as long asur not straight on ur back and have a incline ur safe to sleep on ur back :)

I suggest you use pillows and the comforter to get comfy, baby will let you know if it's not okay in there

I sleep on my left side but after a while my hip nd back start hurting that I sleep on my back. I just wait for my baby to position herself, otherwise she'll start kicking until I turn to my side. Only then can I sleep on my back when she's ready nd allows me to.

I believe the main reason to sleep on you left is bc on the right side you have an artery and when you lay on that artery and the baby weight its slows the blood flow.

Your body can adjust and make it but if it's uncomfortable don't do it of course :)
