Okay so why does everyone say lay on your left side? I get more comfortable on my right side. I think my baby lays on my left side. Is this common? Can it hurt me in any way?

I hate my left side, I can make it through the night without going the bathroom if I'm on my right, if I lay on my left I pee five times within an hour every night, drives me crazy

Supposed to be better for circulation. I try and sleep on my left but always wake up on my back which is bad cause I'm 41+5

Its best for blood circulation. Plus your stomache empties to the left. And you'll have less heartburn on your left side.
