Get your prenatal vitamins and Folic acid! Make sure you take them as the nervous system etc are all being formed already. Then you just live as you were, unless you were smoking, drinking etc. There are some recommendations for pregnant women, like avoiding sandwich meats, certain seafoods(mainly high in mercury) and be very careful if you take any over the counter meds. Make sure everything is safe for pregnancy first. Then relax and enjoy!!!! Congratulations

I have been pregnant 4 time I am on my 4th one now but I have never heard of taking Folic acid? But for sure get your vitamins they are supper important. Just don't tell anyone until you are after your 3m mark less chance of losing the baby after that. hope all is well and you and your little one are doing good.
