bleeding after delivery

How long did you ladies bleed after giving birth? My son is 12 days old and my bleeding is very light but hasn't stopped completely . Ughh so annoying

I had my daughter 12 days ago too by c section and I'm still bleeding it alternates between really light and a normal flow..with my son which was a vaginal delivery I bleed for like 3 or 4 weeks and the first 2 weeks were heavy and yes @mommytwob you're lucky!

About a week if that, and it was very light. Lighter then when I would get my cycle.

I bled for about a month, but I tore too. So it depends on how your delivery goes. Mine was heavy the whole time.

With my first, it was only 8 days. Had my little one two weeks ago, and I am still bleeding...

With my first for about 3 weeks heavy n my 2nd about a week n half n it was pretty light after a couple days

I bled for 3 1/2 weeks with all three children.

I bled for about 3.5 weeks. If your breastfeeding it can cause uterin contractions which causes little squirts for blood to come out (yuk!) But some times it can take up to 12 weeks to stop bleeding.
