loss of symptoms

I found out I was pregnant during week 4. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests, all Strong positives (two home tests, one hospital, one gp) At 8 weeks my symptoms started improving. Slowly all symptoms have vanished (nausea, dizziness, ligament pains, sore breasts). I dont remember this happening through my first pregnancy, but I was on diclectin for that pregnancy as well.
Could this be a possible missed miscarriage (no cramping/bleeding), or isn it just hormones leveling out ?
My midwife appointment isnt for 10 days, should I hold off ?

Feel lucky. Im 25 weeks tomorrow and I still have extreme nausea tiredness and now im getting swelling some times . I wish I didn't have any symptoms.  Although am extremely happy to have a healthy baby and a healthy pregnancy other wise.

I never had symptoms... and I wouldnt be complaining they stopped either! Wooh. The first time I threw up , was when I was 32+2....  hate it. As does anyone.

You wont know until you get checked out. Plenty of women experience a loss of symptoms (i had very light symptoms and still do.) As far as im concerned, if your really goinf through hell about this then i would get checked out to put your mind at ease.
