low fluids?

Got my anatomy scan done today and besides finding out that I'm having a girl I also found out that my baby isn't active because my fluids are low. They said to drink more water but I drink SOOOO much anyways (a 1 liter bottle, 2 16oz bottles and 2 12oz glasses) that I feel like if I drink anymore I'm going to end up either living in the bathroom or stripping my body of nutrients. Is there any other way to get your fluid up or anything that I shouldn't be doing. Any advice or experience is appreciated.

Try Gatorade. At least it has the electrolytes you need.

This happened to me and starting at 18 weeks and my fluids kept going up and down after that my due date is tomorrow but they had to induce me at 38+2 bc my fluids were to low. Lots and lots of water and rest.

More water, less salt. lol And like jccmomma said, keep your feet up and get plenty of rest. :)

Low fluids are a pretty serious deal. I was put in the hospital for that around 23 weeks. All you can do is more water and make sure you are resting. Keep your feet up to increase circulation. But lots and lots of water. Good luck!
