lower pain

I'm 20 weeks & all day I've had an off an on pain on my right lower abdomen. It last a couple minutes then goes away and shortly comes back. I called the Dr they said it was just dehydration but I'm pretty sure its not. Does anyone else know what it could be or have had the same problem?

You cpuld always go the the er if you think something is wrong. This is my third pregnancy and ive had this issue with all three and every time ive gone to the er they just hook me up to an iv and give me fluids but if u think something is wrong then definately go in. Better safe than sorry

Its Braxton hicks contractions.  Im 24 weeks and get them often but hes right it is from dehydration. When you get dehydrated it can cause you to start having them so drink lots of water.

I'm 17 weeks 4 days and I started having cramping last night and pressure and was told the same thing.
