mastitis or clogged milk duct?

Okay so i woke up about midnight all out of the blue with my right breast extreamly sore. Not my nipple. Like the whole breast. I havent been doing anything different. It hurts to even try to get myself out of bed. I have the shakes like cold chills. My body aches as if ive got the flu. My breast is not red right now but its warm to touch and burning sensation. I took some Motrin my doctor gave me after the birth of my daughter and it has helped some. Ive also been trying to pump that breast and breastfeed more om that side. Any suggestions? Try to relieve pain? What it could be? Btw my daughter will be 3 weeks tomorrow. And ive been pretty much ebf. Ive only pumped like 3 or 4 times at night and in morning.

So i just checked my temp and its 100.9. And that's after i took medicine. And my body aches have gotten worse. I have to take my husband to surgery in a couple  of hours for his 4 wisdom teeth to be cut out abd I'm not allowed to leave. Its now 4 in the morning. What to do ugh

My sister and i both got mastitis after our first babies. It's very painful. I would call my ob office and see if they'll see you. If they won't, I'd go to urgent care. Getting treatment earlier is better. Your body will probably start calming down on the milk production. It takes a little while for it to get used to how much milk it needs to make. Feel better soon!

Also ive always had tons of milk ever aince my milk came in. Way more than my baby needed. So i soak through a nursing pad in couple hours and ive had problems with engorgment too. Mostly when i have to run out for something

Those all sound like signs of mastitis. I would suggest to go in when you have then chance because it's better to catch it sooner then later .
