My pressure was really good. I drunk a cup of coffee and felt 100x times better maybe 5.mins later. I think I was going through a withdrawal from caffeine lol. I haven't had any in so long

I was the same way. I had to take prescription Ibuprofen for my migraines. I'm 21+2. But I must say, I drunk a cup of coffee as @itzchelle suggested and I've been feeling 100x times better. Maybe try that.

Try changing your diet, exercise or sex.

Exerise and sex releases endorphines that go straight to your brain. They are usually called "pleasure" endorphines. They make you feel good! Lol

Sometimes a specific food can trigger a migraine or even really cold water, try teas and chocolate.
