Preggers? Just a late Period? Please will someone ease my mind.

hey everyone,
it's been a while since i posted anything, i apologize for that.lol ive been raising my now 1 year old daughter, and i have found that in the past when i had issues i came here and either posted something or read someone else's questions and got some advice and answers! well anyways, here i am stressing out heavily because i didnt get my period in july, At all. I did have bleeding once before the current light bleeding i have right now but it went away suddenly. I didnt have it for more than a few hrs the first time, and it came on after sex. but this current bleeding i have is scaring me a little, late last night i noticed it aroun 12pm before bed i noticed light bleeding which i was thrilled because ive been worried about being pregnant. but the more i thought about it i realized about ''implantation bleeding'' i read a little bit this morning, and realized that some of the same symptoms concide with periods too. well, here's what im experiencing and if anyone can lend some advice or help me clear my head, because i cant hold this in anymore. lol
i had my period in june 14 (that could be a few days off - more or less), right now and majority of the time i get a lot of period pimples atleast 2 - 3 well i have atleast four right now, i do have cramping, and before this spotting or light bleeding came on i had brownish discharge, my nipples and boobs did hurt, they are a little sore now but nowhere near as bad, and i know that when my period comes on my boobs do start to not hurt as much. i have been pregnant before and i had no symptoms besides, weird cravings, dizzy spells when i stood up too fast and didnt eat breakfast, and really no period cramps at all, not even this implantation bleeding from what i can remember.
if anyone can lend some advice to calm me down that'd be great
i told myself i'd wait til monday to take a home pregnancy test but should i wait longer now?
i have always had irregular periods too! never on time, and they always lasted 7-9 days heavy bleeding but it has tricked me sometimes and been light or shorter days, and it has started out light and went heavy.
oh and i actually changed from suboxone to methadone recently, i'd say the last week of march this year.
i did read that can delay a period too, my dose is at 110. so it's kind of high, i know someone else that just start on methadone and it stopped their period when they hit 100 or so.
im not using or anything either. i havent for a few years.
i did have unprotected sex a few times, i also called to make an obgyn appt and they did say something that was weird regarding the methadone. the nurse said '' well did the dr tell you a side effect was it could mess with your cycles?'' and i said no, i dont know if she was saying, yeah hunny that's most likely it or was she asking me just ingeneral for her own notes or to tell the dr. all in all i do see them aug. 21st so i obviously will know before that.
i just wanna finish enjoying my summer with my daughter and spend my time with her! :)
i really do not want a baby right now, i don't want to even think of what i will go through with another child.
it doesnt excuse my behavior but still.
i hope someone can help me!
thanks! (:

The only way to know is to take a urine test or get a blood test at the Dr.
