I have the dark blue veins that are VERY noticeable when I'm not pregnant and when I am they are like bright neon signs.  I have very pale, translucent skin though so you can see most of my veins.

My breasts are covered with huge blue veins.  The doc says it is nothing to worry about unless you can feel a lump or something there on them.  This could be a blood clot forming.  Mine didn't start to get that big though until I was preg.
