morning sickness

I am 6 weeks pregnant and just began to experience alot of nausea. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to ease the nausea? Thanks in advance for your help!

Try saltine crackers Ginger ale drinking it slow. Clear chicken broth.

Add a few slices of fresh ginger to hot tea.

Get some hot tea with ginger in it. I have ginger peach and it has saved my life ;) in the past!!

Keep something to eat by ur side before going to bed..have it right aftr waking up n stay in bed for some time.. Then get up n have water.. It helped me alot..

Have small frequent meals.. That wont make u feel stuffed n wud also help u in acidity..

Have folic acid after meal..taking it empty stomach made me throw up more..weber natural folic acid *****..

Keep mentos in ur bag.. Mint always helped me

Mostly, keep your stomach from emptying completely. Not ginger ale, but ginger candies (chews or hard candy sold at Whole Foods), helped me a lot this time. Comfort foods like oatmeal and toast too...

My doc also suggested a small dose of vitamin B6 (I think it was 25 mg every 6 hours?) and 12.5 mg unisom if necessary. You might want to check what your care provider's opinion of this but it helped me.

Crackers, juice, lots of water, ginger ale, lemon or peppermint oil on a rag. And if nothing helps ask you doc for meds to help with it
