My nurse told me to take Unisom and B6 before bed for my morning sickness but does this mean I should take my prenatal vitamin at a different time?
You can always try. Maybe take it with your dinner and then take the other stuff before bed.
You can take your prenatal whenever you want. If you want to take it at the same time, I am sure that's fine, but if you want to take it at a different time, then that should be fine too.
