i need help

i went in to labour 9 weeks ago on monday and lost my twin boys as they were to premature to survive. i was wondering as me and my partner have been trying again if my breasts would be sore again if i fell pregnant so soon after giving birth to them. i had my first period on the 3rd of july and havent had one since but i have had an increase in discharge and my face is breaking out badly and was wondering if i could be pregnant again and if my breasts would be sore or not?

Generally if you feel symptoms that are due to pregnancy, it means the hormone is high enough in your body that a test should pick it up. I would see your doctor and have blood work done. It will give you a definite answer. Good luck to you!! I hope you're getting the answer you're looking for.

we spoke to the midwife about trying again and she said it was fine to try again.ive taken 2 tests and both came back negative but every one tells me it could be to early for them yet as i have no idea when my second period is due.

It's always possible to be pregnant again if you're having sex. However it's strongly discouraged this early. Your body needs time to heal from your previous pregnancy (the recommendation is 6 months after a vaginal birth, and up to a year+ if you had a c-section), and if you try again too soon it could result in another loss of child/pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test or see a doctor for blood work.
