I've been having back pain since week 9, but lower back pain, went to my Dr who told me it was because the hormones being released the ligaments and muscles in my back are expanding in preparation.  Its really painful at times doesn't help working in retail and being on my feet all. My Dr said I can take paracetamol  for the pain which helps a bit. Hope that helps.
