Sounds like colostrum to me. I started producing around 13 weeks. I've increased a cup size already and I'm almost 19 weeks.

Be careful with a cold compress, I dampen a wash cloth and put it in the freezer for a little bit and just dab my chest. When I am at home I don't wear a bra and have a light breathable shirt on.
They also have cooling bras in some stores.

When I'm out in public I wear nursing pads just in case :)

It is very possible to have colostrum at this point . And it will leak out just use the nursing pads so it doesn't leak through your bra and shirt .

It's called colostrum, I started at 21 weeks, don't save it, your boobs will leak until you give birth & even after

I wouldn't cause it can cause contractions. May place cold compacts on your chest or cold cabbage leaves is supposed to help with swelling.
