my stmach constantly growls..??
Im 14wks 4 days... even when im not hungry my stomach is always making growling noises as if.i were hungry.. what could that possibly mean ?

Eat every 2-3 hours like little things. I had the same problem so if I didn't eat SOMETHING every two hours it felt like my stomach was eating itself. 39 weeks now and still doing the same thing
