sciataic nerve/ back pain

So my nerve is tweaking out cuz of the baby. Does anyone else have this problem and what do you do to feel a little better?

I gets very un bearable and i can't walk sometimes or get up n sit down

I got this nerve pain while walking in the super market omg I grabbed my husband shoulder so hard omg it was soo painful idk how u gurls go through it all the time

I had this problem before I was pregnant & now that I'm 23+5 I sometimes can't even move my leg :/ nothing helps it feel better so if anyone knowd what helps please share!

All the time! And I've tried a few things like heat and laying in different positions but nothing really helps!
