I'm super nauseous worst then my first pregnancy. Any ideas on easing This awful thing
This is my first and mine nausea was so bad I was in the bathroom every hour. My dr. Told me to try 50 mg of vitamin b6 which personally didn't help me. So he gave me a script which helps a little. But sea bands help some and fudge-sicles. And a little sprite. The carbonation makes me burp but its better than throwing up.
A small can of ginger ale and a bunch of saltine crackers helped me
