I get severe headaches all the time and my obgyn gave me fiorecet, it's safe to take while pregnant.

If you get migraines call your doctor they can talk to you about prescription meds and the risks :) good luck ps I suffer from migraines I feel your pain

Tylenol. Get the rapid release gelcaps those things work in like 15mins for me :)

I suffer from migraines and its ok to take excedrin tension but only that type. I don't take it often only if its really bad

Tylenol is the only thing u can take if they get to severe and not relieved by it u may want to make a doctor appointment
