need help

I found out i was 4wks pregnant n i have a cna job my patient is a heavy set women that requires a lot of moving i just got this job.  I didnt know i was pregnant i was in shock when the doctor told me.. My question is should i still do my cna job  or should i ask to be transfered i dont want to harm my bby and do i tell my boss im pregnant or will she fire me

U can still do the same job unless dr says other wise im a cna and have worked and lifted and moved ppl around for 2 pregnancys they say pretty much what ev u did before is pregnancy is ok during .. if ur really worried jus have dr confirm .. if he doesnt think its ok then he could always write a note for ur boss so there is no issues

My mom does that stuff for veterans so I know how it can be. Hopefully your boss is understanding so you don't have to go looking for another job. Good luck!

It's against the law for anyone to be fired for being pregnant so you shouldn't worry about that but if you think your job may be harmful to you or the baby you should try to find another job or even ask your boss for a safer position.
