You can. I wouldn't stand near the speakers. You may notice baby move around a lot more and seem agitated. Baby will be able to feel the bass and music. Baby's ear are also developing and he may hear the music. Those may agitate baby but won't harm him.
Also, if this is a log it ate rowdy type of concert, you may want to consider not going. You don't want to get bumped into or knocked down.
