Blood pressure

Ok I have high blood pressure, IM just wondering how high it should be before i go to the hospital. They put me on blood pressure meds but they are not really helping and are causing my pulse to be above 100 and is usually around 116. They put me on new meds but my insurance will not give them to me till my doc faxes over the paper so they can approve it and since they are closed till monday im not gonna get it till monday. The last time i checked it bp was 140/83 and pulse was 109 this morning b4 that it was 150/96 and pulse was only 84. And im 17 wks 3 days preggo.

wow  those are some bad numbers if you see that 150/96 again you most def. need to get to the ER pronto I would say watch out for numbers 140/90 and above

if its over 140 please go to the hospital to be checked out

i belive anything over 140 needs a doc...best of luck
