How much can a newborn eat .?I breastfeed and bottle feed because idk if my baby is getting full or getting milk when I breastfeed

I dont know if you have a W.I.C by you, but id make a apt with a breast feeding consuLTANt, i went the other day and they were super helpfull! She explained that a breast fed baby will refuse your breast when full, try feeding from the one then when he/she is done burp and offer the the other breast. Over bottle feeding can sometimes stretch the babies stomach and thats how you end up with a 20lb 4month old like my nephew lol

They also start spitting up anything that is too much for their stomachs

An oz to 2oz when they are under a month . but some babies eat more it all depends on your baby . most people say u will over feed him or her but I don't think that's completely true . your baby will know if he or she has had enough because they will either go to sleep or turn their head .
