early hand swelling in firat trimester?

I'm supposedly 5w I have not yet seen a doctor but I've had really bad hand swelling worse in the morning and at night its very painful. Is this normal? I also thought it could be from working. I am a sander at a cabinetry warehouse and work 11 hr shifts five days a week. I also wanted to know if its safe to work there? I will see a Dr asap I would just like some insight from any other mother's. Thank you all

Every pregnancy is different and so is how your body responds to it. I've know many women to be fine with one pregnancy and have high BP with another. It's just something to keep on mind.

Thank you. Yes I looked up that sodium could be a problem and high blood pressure but I've never had this before or with my first child. I do work in the paint department and the strong smells do get to me but I wear a mask and long sleeves I do have to clean a machine but I wear gloves. I am not sure if these could be the reason my hands hurt so much. I've stopped drinking caffeinated beverages as hard as that is. Hoping everything will be okay.

I would watch your sodium intake and make sure you are drinking plenty of water. If there is a fire station near by I recommend calling and asking if they do free blood pressure checks and if they do get checked.  Where you work are they using lots of stains and chemicals? When pregnant you need to be careful about what you are breathing in.
