no appetite :(

I am 8 weeks and two days today. But I don't understand. I barely have an appetite. I honestly just eat one meal a day. But I do take these pregnancy vitamins I got over the counter at CVS. But I'm not sure if this is entirely Un healthy or not. I need help. Do any of you girls have any tips or any food ideas on what I should be eating to regain my appetite?

I'm almost 39 wks, & I have this problem now. I'm really okay w/ just eating fruit or light foods. I try not to do that or eat something more filling but I just don't really have a want for that.

I'm the same way. My appetite has definitely decreased and I'm 7 weeks. Fruit really fills me up. And strangely the only things I've really wanted to eat are fries with ketchup, chicken noodle soup, and cashews Lol. My mom told me just to keep plenty of fruit and milk in the house. Drink the milk so the baby can get the calcium from that and the fruit is better than nothing

That happened to me as well, i ate like soup with crackers, it helps or some fruit, but since its the beginning, you may feel no appetitite but its going to start easing up ,as u move further along, its normal so u have nothing to worry about, as long as u eat something, then u will be fine
