could i be pregnant

Ok so here's my deal I was suppose to start on the 2nd but didn't then on the 7th I had like light bleeding alittle more then spotting it wasn't like my normal period but a day after I spotted then nothing and still nothing so before I did the light bleeding like three days before I took two hpts but both neg.I have nausea some smells make me sick and headaches my lower back hurts my boobs are sore and my appettie changed I been moody and been going to the bathroom more often I been pregnant before with my son and I did the samething with him we are hoping I am bc we had an ectopic in march and that wasn't easy:(but my doc ordered blood work that I did today bc they did thyroid test. It was all normal I am staying so tired and crampy please someone help desperate for advice:(

I did a blood test today ill have my results in a few days I tool 2 hpts during the day I should of waited but thank you for ur response

sounds to me like you are, did he do bloods for pregnancy or just  for your thyroid? The light bleed could be due to the fact that there wasnt quite enough hcg in your system to prevent a small bleed around the time you period was due, this is not uncommon, quite a few women experience this everytime there period is due thats why they dont find out they are pregnant until they are 12 or so weeks. I would ither do another test using first morning urine or wait another week if you can and either re-test or go get more bloods done
