Or, at McDonald's, you can ask them for things without all the stuff that makes them so fat, such as (in the morning) having an English muffin a la carte with a piece of their Canadian bacon (also a la carte) inside it, instead of an Egg McMuffin (which is loaded with that fatty faux-cheese that doesn't even taste good and of course an egg).  It's even possible to do this in the afternoon, getting their salads without dressing, or their burger without goop inside.  Their unsweetened iced tea is actually quite good.

Anyway, don't worry about being hungry, just stay totally on top of it about the fats, salts and sweets.

Bad?! Absolutely not!  Just try to fight any cravings that might be ridiculously unhealthy.  While cravings also mean your body might need those items, a lot can be unhealthy and lead to issues loosing weight after baby comes.  I constantly snack and I've learned to find healthier substitutes.  I gained 70lbs. my first 3 kids (and never lost it all) so I say it from experience.  This pregnancy I've gained 14 and I'm 36 + weeks.  I keep healthy snacks around me and avoid the junk as much as possible.  If you find your craving things like McDonalds let me just suggest sticking to kids meals.  It helps!
