no judging please!

Ok so before I got pregnant I used to smoke marijuana or eat the edibles to help with my depression and also help me eat..once I got pregnant I quit that because my depression went away a lot..but now it came back and also have a hard time eating too because of it. And im stressing out because im 35 weeks and I know food intake is very important these last few weeks but I just dont know what to do about the depression.  ): I dont wanna smoke, and I defiantly dont wanna take any meds, I also dont have anyone I can really vent too because im very picky about who I tell my life story too..what should I do!?? :/

Well there's not much you can do if you don't wanna try anti depressants. I got on them and they worked wonders cause I refused to keep smoking weed when I found out I was pregnant. I plan to be done all together with it. So talk to your doctor about options

Could you maybe talk to your doctor? I wouldn't recommend smoking either, I use to be a smoker too cause it would relax me & help me eat, but you also risk getting your baby taken if they test at birth & it comes out positive. Maybe try opening up to family, maybe a therapist? Or you could always open up to someone on here because we could never judge you since we don't really know you Lol but we're all here to support one another! :)

I think you should consider talking with a therapist or psychologist. They don't prescribe meds so you don't need to worry about that, but they are trained in how to direct conversations and make a simple session of just talking out to be very beneficial. I suffer from anxiety and one of my friends who is a therapist is always there to talk and its surprising how helpful it can be.
