hi went to er yestarday six weeks pregnant did a pelvic exam aand ultrasound no sac or anything said i miscarried bled  little bit last nigh otherwise im fine what does this meani

I agree that it is likely it's too early to see anything.  Wait a couple of weeks and get checked again.  Best of luck to you.

Ive had 2 miscarriages and this time i got pregnant i went to the doctors when i was 3 1/2 wks and they couldnt see anything. i was so upset but went back 4 wks later (which were miserable!!) and saw a baby with a heartbeat. just be patient time will tell.

It could be too early to see the baby, I would give it a couple more weeks if you don't have anymore bleeding. Prayers are with you.
