I am 2 months pregnant and have had my pregnancy confirmed by a doctor, but other than fatigue and breast tenderness I have no other symptoms. Can I really not have any vomiting or morning sickness. This is my first pregnancy.

Feel blessed girl, some people never have morning sickness, like my mom, and some have all day sickness like me :) enjoy being able to eat ;) I too lived off peanut butter sandwiches.

I threw up 3 times with my girl and once with my boy. Both times I lost my appetite and almost lived on peanut butter sandwich.

Thanks, I didn't think it was completely crazy to think something was wrong. Just curious what was the sex of your first child.

I didn't throw up with my first pregnancy at all and haven't yet with my second.  Everyones body is different. :)

I haven't had morning sickness at all. this is my 1st pregnancy and I will be 34 weeks on Monday

I didn't have any morning sickness or any symptoms with my first pregnancy!  Congrats!
