not a pregnancy question, but need advice please!

So im 6 months pregnant and my hubby and I decided to buy a washer and dryer, we got this combo for an ok price when we got it delivered to my house it didnt work we were trying to return it and get a.new one but the people at the store (hhgregg) were taking forever to bring a new one, for like a whole week we didnt have a washer and dryer anyways I went to the store to complain to the manager he sai he would give me $50 back and bring me a new washer and dryer the next day, well he didnt bring me a new one...so I went back to the store and he said def the next day I would have it plus he would give me $440 back for the ininconvenience anyways...the $50 are back in my account but not the $440...im thinkin of going back tomorrow and asking him for my money but if he refuses to give me that money back which he promised, can I actually get the cops involved?

Please, I know this has nothing to do with pregnancy but I nees help!

when you first purchased the w&d did your husband have a receipt?! I'd still call corporate!!

Like I said I asked for a receipt before I left and he said no its ok u dont need one...so I left and its been 5 days now and the money is not in my account yet.

I'd take his name down .. make sure you have a receipt & call corporate talk to his boss & explain the situation remember "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"
