not being able to eat

This is my first child and I'm 7weeks and some days. My appetite is poor. I try to force myself to eat because I know the baby needs the nutrition but it doesn't turns out pleasant ( if you know what I mean). I try to snack doesn't help. How do I get myself to eat? Will this only last in he first trimester?

Try the BRAT diet, it helped me get through my first trimester of morning sickness. B-bananas R-rice A-applesauce T-toast. Hope this helps !!

I was like this with all 3 of my babies. Have u been to your dr. Yet ask for zofran that's the only way was was able to keep anything down. With my first baby I ended up at the hospital dehydrated because I couldn't keep anything down. If you can't get alot of food down make sure your drinking fluid I can only keep those protein or  breakfast Shake/drinks down but drink plenty of water or somthing else to even if you keep throwing it up. For my first baby it lasted my whole pregnancy with my other 2 babies it only lasted till the beginning of my second trimester I think most ppl start feeling better at the end of their first trimester. I hope you start feeling better soon.

You really don't need a whole lot of extra calories during your first trimester. The first trimester usually does involve a lot of unwanted nausea. Some get physically sick others not so much. My friend was one of the lucky ones to be sick her whole pregnancy, talk to your doctor about zolfran it should help if it is that bad. Water and protine bars helped me get through my first trimester, so glad to be clearing that! Best of luck to you, hang in there momma it's normal.
