sleeping position

I am 17 weeks and I always feel guilty sleeping on my stomach but it's the only position that I feel comfortable in. Can anyone tell me of this is ok because some people say yes and others say its not

No neither do I. Iam not showing much either and your right its uncomfortable either way because we arent used to such regulations while sleeping lol. I have one of those big maternity pillows and it really helps that took a while to get used to also but it feels better. If you dont have one you should give it a try theres still a while to go :)

Thank you all, just making sure:-) its uncomfortable to sleep in any other position, I've even tried sleeping on my side but I don't find it comfortable. Just got me worried because people are saying it's probably why I'm not showing I'm pregnant yet but I dont think that's true

From what i hear, it's fine. Your body will tell you when it's not okay.

Ask your doctor to be sure but what I had heard in the beginning is that it was ok until you yourself will start feeling uncomfortable sleeping that way.but you never know because of circulation issues iam 23 weeks and the hospital told me to try and sleep mostly on my left side. I understood why after because when I would sleep on my right my arm would fall asleep after a while.good luck
