CM and Sperm-TMI-sorry
History-I'm on cycle day 17 after miscarriage at 5 weeks. Breastfeeding 8 mo old 4 x/day.
My question is this-After having intercourse, how can you correctly chart CM since EWCM is very similar to sperm? A day after sex it looks like fertile cm but no thermal shift. Do I put EW on my chart? Or is it still sperm a day later? OPK has not yet detected ovulation.

But what happens if your having sex every other day? Never count it? The only way we got pregnant the first time was having sex every day or every other day for a month! OPK's never really worked for me. With our 1st it took 9 mo of trying.
In my experience, the day after sex is usually when the sperm makes it's second appearance, I wouldn't count it.
What I have read, is that you should not check your cm the day after sex, Because they are alike.
